These Terms govern your use of the Perun AI demo. The demo is intended for lawful evaluation, research, and commercial experimentation. We keep the terms permissive so innovation is possible, while requiring privacy and identity safeguards.
1. Permitted use
- Testing and evaluating model behavior and API workflows.
- Research, publication, benchmarking, and product prototyping.
- Commercial and for-profit development using outputs and derived insights.
2. Required safeguards
- Only upload data you have legal rights and permission to use.
- Do not attempt to re-identify, dox, or profile real individuals from demo data.
- Do not use the service to violate privacy, discrimination, fraud, or surveillance laws.
- Implement reasonable technical and organizational controls to protect personal data.
3. Data and intellectual property
- You keep rights to content you upload, subject to rights needed to operate and improve the service.
- Service operators may use uploaded content and derived artifacts to improve models, including commercial uses, with de-identification where feasible.
- Insights, metrics, and trained improvements may be retained and reused for research and business purposes.
4. Service expectations
This is a demo environment and may change, rate-limit, or pause without notice. Results are probabilistic and should not be the sole basis for high-impact decisions without additional controls.
5. Liability and compliance
You are responsible for your use of the demo and compliance with applicable laws. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
6. Updates
Terms may be updated as the demo evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
